Passage permit
We determine the required permits by vehicle dimensions, tonnage, route and country procedure.

Planning inputs
We determine the required permits by vehicle dimensions, tonnage, route and country procedure.
Gauge, road structure, city passage and safety rules show whether escort vehicles are needed.
We plan some passages within specific hours because of traffic, border or city rules.
Permits and safety
For cargo that requires an out-of-gauge or special passage procedure, transport is not only vehicle organization. We evaluate the relevant country and route rules, passage hours, the escort vehicle need, document preparation and site safety together from the very start.
As Erkal Nakliyat, in permit and escort processes we handle the vehicle dimensions, the cargo tonnage, restrictions along the route and local procedures in the same file. We design this work as a complementary safety layer for heavy transport and project transport.
Operations
We determine the required permit items by vehicle dimensions, cargo dimensions, tonnage and route details.
On some routes, night passage, a specific time range or a special waiting point may be required.
We work out the guidance at the loading and unloading point, the maneuvering area and the driver instructions in advance.
Which cargo
We design permit and escort service for out-of-gauge and heavy cargo that exceeds legal dimension limits. Work and industrial machines, energy-investment equipment, steel structures and prefabricated parts, large tanks and silos, along with project-based heavy freight, require special passage permits and, most of the time, an accompaniment vehicle along the route. We review the vehicle dimensions, the cargo tonnage and route restrictions and determine together which permits and which escort arrangement are needed.
How it is planned
We start the permit and escort plan with the total dimensions of the vehicle and cargo. Width, height, length and gross tonnage determine which passage permit is required in which country; the bridges, city passages and traffic density along the route determine the escort (accompaniment) vehicle need.
To this we add document approval times, the permitted passage time windows (night passage, weekday or weekend restrictions), waiting points and site safety instructions. When we clarify these points before the loading date, we make it predictable when the permit will be issued and how the transport will be planned.
